Alyssa and Barrett’s warm, rustic wedding in Nashville was a romantic evening friends and family will remember for the rest of their lives. The neutral color palette with pops of burgundy created a warm environment for the timeless ceremony and reception at Long Hollow Gardens. The Dream Team was overjoyed to help with month of planning and coordination for their end-of-summer wedding.

Barrett was in for a surprise before the start of the ceremony! Prior to seeing his bride-to-be, a close one pretended to be Alyssa for their first-look reveal and even wore a wedding gown! Barrett couldn’t help but laugh. It was the perfect way to calm those pre-ceremony nerves and get the couple ready to become husband and wife.

Leading up to the ceremony, those in attendance were encouraged to turn off cell phones and cameras for an unplugged service. This way, they could take in every moment as vows were exchanged. The ceremony took place in the meadows with a beautiful rustic wood wedding arbor. It was adorned with greenery and a variety of white and blush roses from Gradient + Hue Floral Design.

After the ceremony, our culinary team created a specialty cocktail hour menu with items like chicken salad wontons, caprese skewers and mac n’ cheese bites. Once guests had enough time to mingle and munch, they were seated to a plated meal of southern cuisine including whiskey brined grilled chicken and white cheddar whipped potatoes.

When loving speeches from close ones began, guests satisfied their sweet tooth with our strawberry shortcake shooters and a three-tiered white buttercream frosted cake from Homestyle Bakery. Following hours of warm laughter and happiness, the romantic evening came to an end with loved ones sending Alyssa and Barrett off to the beginning of the rest of their lives.
