Storck is one of the largest confectionery manufacturers in the world. The family business has been producing quality sugar confectionery and chocolate specialties since 1903. The Dream Team was so excited to plan their cozy, rustic corporate dinner last year for their USA employees.

For a true Nashville experience, the dinner took place at Ocean Way Studios. Sunlight filled the room through the stained glass windows and tall ceilings. Tables were covered with oatmeal colored linens and paired perfectly with antique driftwood chairs from Music City Tents & Events. Dream put together rustic potted centerpieces full of greenery including eryngium green, Italian ruscus, salal and pitt variegated.

Our culinary team created a specialty cocktail hour menu for guests, with appetizers like charred beef crostini, deviled eggs and chicken salad wontons. After guests snacked on hors d’oeuvres and indulged in a whiskey tasting, dinner was served. Those in attendance filled their plates with food from a variety of stations. Including a selection of individual salads, hot or not chicken and waffles, and our southern comfort station with hashbrown casserole, pulled pork, southern fried catfish, and more.

It wouldn’t be a trip to Nashville without live music! As guests mingled and finished eating, they enjoyed a performance from a local musician. Dream’s culinary team paired a few of Storck’s specialty candies to create tasty desserts, such as Mamba krispy treats, Merci Chocolate mini chocolate soufflé and coffee panna cotta with caramel whipped cream. It was a sweet way to end the night.
