25 Apr Fresh Signature Cocktails for Spring Events & Parties
Time to shake off the cold grey winter with some bright new flavors! These fresh seasonal drinks are sure to put a spring in your step and a smile on your guests’ faces. We recommend incorporating fresh flowers at your bar and using unexpected garnishes (like charred blood orange or roasted poblano!) to make the most of the season.
“THE B.O.B”
- 1 T Blood Orange Puree
- 1.5 oz Silver Tequila
- Splash Soda
In a shaker filled with ice, combine blood orange puree and tequila (we recommend Mezcal in the winter for a smokey flavor). Strain into a coupe or martini glass, and top with a splash of soda water. Add a vibrant finish with a charred blood orange garnish!
“PEPPERFIRE”
- 1 Poblano Pepper
- 1 Slice Pineapple
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Silver Tequila
- .5 oz Grand Marnier
Muddle poblano pepper and pineapple in a shaker. Add ice, lime juice, tequila and Grand Marnier. Shake and pour into a Tanjin-rimmed rocks glass. Garnish with a roasted poblano if you’re feeling extra spicy!
For a great Non Alcoholic option, put a spin on an old favorite with a selection of flavored lemonades! We love using muddled fruits like strawberry, blackberry and blueberry to add a kick of color and fresh flavor to classic lemonade. You can also infuse simple syrup with fresh herbs like rosemary, basil or thyme and add to lemon juice and water for a delicious spin on lemonade. Cheers!
