Kate & Nick’s elegant rustic wedding at Long Hollow Gardens was a picture perfect day. Both from Nashville, the couple’s story began years ago when they met in elementary school. Fast forward a few years to Nick’s romantic proposal in Paris and the rest is history! The Dream Team was elated to plan and coordinate their fall wedding.

Kate’s bridesmaids wore a variety of elegant navy gowns, which paired beautifully with their bouquets made of greenery, burgundy, and blush blooms tied with ribbon. The bride and her bridal party had artists from Blush + Honey complete their hair and makeup.

The outdoor ceremony took place early evening in the meadows. Eucalyptus, vines and ferns from Amy & I Designs adorned the wood ceremony arbor, creating an understated, rustic feel.

Following the ceremony, cocktail hour began in front of the greenhouse. Dream’s culinary team created hors d’oeuvres like sweet potato pancetta pancakes, mini wild mushroom empanadas and goat cheese tartlets. Shortly after, guests took their seats to a roasted apple salad, before filling their plates with items like au gratin potatoes, roasted brussel sprouts, pancetta & sage chicken and porcini tres major from the buffet. Reception tables were dressed up with burgundy and ivory linens and gold silverware from Liberty Party Rental, as well as florals in gold compote vases and stemmed candle votives for an elegant fall look.

Once guests had enough to eat, Kate and Nick cut a two-tiered white fondant cake from Nashville Sweets before heading to the dance floor. Groove Factor Entertainment provided hours of music and when guests were danced out, they sent the newlyweds off to their future with a ribbon send-off.
