Sheridan and Jordan’s wedding day at Cheekwood Estate & Gardens was a modern and stylish affair with a classic design. We are thrilled we got to plan and cater their ceremony and reception! From Sheridan’s elegance to Jordan’s charm, every detail contributed to a beautiful day filled with love and joy.

Sheridan looked so graceful in a modern strapless column gown with a chic bridal scarf, complemented by a whimsical all-white bouquet. Her bridal party looked modern and trendy in mismatched bridesmaid dresses in both sage green and soft blush with mixed patterns, styles, and fabrics. Jordan complemented her elegant look in a classic black tuxedo with a crisp white boutonniere and groomsmen to match.

Their minimalist outdoor ceremony was held on one of Cheekwood’s lawns. It was a picturesque moment! The aisles were lined with baby’s breath, and guests were thoughtfully provided paper fans with the day’s itinerary. The love and excitement were unmistakable as Sheridan and Jordan sealed their vows with a kiss.

Cocktail hour and the reception were held outdoors in the Frist Learning Center Courtyard. Guests were welcomed with a gold-framed seating chart that added a touch of glamor. It was minimalist with a classic yet modern design with string lights hung from above, white tables, white chairs, and green napkins for a pop of color. On the round tables, the bridesmaids bouquets were reused as table centerpieces, while the long tables featured single flower arrangements in bud vases down the middle.

During cocktail hour, guests were served a variety of delicious appetizers including charred beef crostinis and mac and cheese bites. The reception was just as dreamy. Guests were treated to a preset candied pear salad and Parker house roll. Guests chose between lemon rosemary chicken or garlic rosemary braised beef for their plated entrees.

The couple’s individuality shone through in every detail of their day, including their unique guest book, which was a vinyl record for guests to sign. Custom koozies that said “All you need is love and tacos” were also placed at the bar for guests to use and take home as wedding favors.

After their delicious dinner and dancing got underway, Sheridan changed for the reception and opted for comfort in a short white dress with furry slippers. The night later ended with the newlyweds dancing their way to the exit, surrounded by their loved ones and new memories of their modern and stylish wedding day!
