Dream Picks: Our Favorite Winter Cocktails

Give your winter party a creative twist with one of our dreamy signature cocktails! Highlighting the flavors of the season, these winter-inspired beverages are a fun way to highlight your event theme, welcome guests as they arrive (with trays of ready-made cocktails), or even drink your dessert. 

S’MORES MARTINI

1 1/2 oz Pinnacle whipped vodka
1/2 oz Brovo chocolate liqueur
1/2 oz Godiva milk chocolate liqueur
1 oz heavy whipping cream
2 dashes chocolate bitters
Crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallows for garnish

Combine the above ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Top with crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallows. If you are able, toast the marshmallows with a mini blow torch or long grill lighter. Enjoy!

HONEY FIG MARTINI

2 oz vodka
1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
1/2 oz apple juice
1/2 oz honey thyme syrup*
Fresh figs and fresh thyme for garnish

*For the honey thyme syrup: 1 cup honey, 4 sprigs of fresh thyme, and 1 cup water

Start by making your honey thyme syrup. In a small saucepan, combine the honey, water, and thyme. Bring to a low boil and then reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool completely before using. 

To make your cocktail, add all ingredients using the syrup you made to the cocktail shaker. Throw in half a fig and muddle. Add ice and strain into glass.

CRANBERRY APEROL SPRITZ

2 oz cranberry juice cocktail
2 oz Aperol liquor
3 oz Prosecco
1 oz sparkling water
1 orange wedge
Fresh cranberries and rosemary for garnish

Fill up a large wine glass with ice. Add all the liquid ingredients and stir together. Finish it off with a squeeze of orange. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and fresh cranberries.
